Tracy Jacobson surprises with aggressive testimony to Senate

Tracy Jacobson, Biden's nominee for ambassador to Iraq, surprised in her opening statement to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee by saying about Iran

"There remains an evil actor and its destabilizing influence in the region that threatens to undo all of Iraq's achievements. We recognize that the main threat to Iraq's stability and sovereignty are the militias aligned with Iran."
