Iranian water resources expert Mohsen Arababian has accused the United States and Israel of deliberately manipulating the weather to cause drought in Iran
IRAN INTERNATIONAL -- Speaking to Iranian media, Arababian claimed that both countries are moving clouds away from Iran’s skies using advanced weather modification technologies.
“They are steering the clouds and altering the climate — and I say this with confidence,” he declared.
Such allegations are not new in Iran, where officials and state-linked figures have often blamed foreign powers for environmental and economic hardships. However, Arababian’s assertion adds a scientific veneer to the conspiracy, raising eyebrows internationally.
