Britain reconnaissance flights over Gaza during ceasefire – WHY?
Two RAF intelligence-gathering planes have flown over the eastern Mediterranean during the ceasefire, as British pro-Palestinian activists demand an investigation into British intelligence-sharing with Israel.
Britain’s Royal Air Force (RAF) has flown two intelligence-gathering planes over Gaza since the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas began, the British website Declassified has revealed.
Both flights took place while prisoner swaps were taking place.
The British Foreign Office said the intelligence-gathering planes were “solely to locate hostages,” raising serious questions about why spy planes are still being sent to the region while hostages are being released.
