WATCH: The government Gaza decision - the lesser evil

Brig.-Gen. (res.) Yossi Kuperwasser: Israel's decision to take over the Gaza Strip is the lesser evil of all the options that were in front of the Israeli government.

And it has to be taken because there's no way that Israel would finish this war without releasing the hostages and defeating Hamas, removing it from power.

Now there's a price to this decision and it's going to be hard to accomplish it, but the alternatives are even worse.

Senior analyst Brig.-Gen. (res.) Yossi Kuperwasser explains why.

True assessment General. Israel finds itself between a rock and a hard place. A decision needs to be made because the war must come to an end. Destroying Hamas is the only solution left.

At last, Gaza should not have been given to the Arabs because it belongs to Israel. Also the Sinai desert belongs to Israel. It is Gods decision. Golan Hights , is it annexed by Israel?
