The fifth longest in the world: 'Kerem tunnel' - the first bicycle tunnel in Israel

From Emek Refaim to Emek Motza in 10 minutes: one of the most important projects in Jerusalem has come to an end, and today, Friday, the tunnel, which is 2.1 kilometers long, will be opened for riding!

The Kerem Tunnel offers a unique riding and hiking experience, for the benefit of the city's residents and visitors. Riding in the tunnel is also suitable for enthusiasts and the most advanced safety has been installed.

The tunnel is part of the Jerusalem Trail, the unique 42 km cycling trail that surrounds the city. The tunnel connects the path between Nahal Refaim and Emek Motza. The southern entrance to the tunnel is in Refaim Park, below Ein Laban, and the northern entrance is at Nahal Ein Kerem, About half a kilometer from Kerem Junction.
