A fire was declared in the Jerusalem district. 23 firefighting teams from all over the district were dispatched to the incident and in addition, eight firefighting aircraft are currently working on the fire. 

The fire spread towards the Israel Museum under the protection of the winds and the extreme weather, currently the fire is taking hold of the area outside the museum, the firefighters are concentrating efforts to stop the spread of the fire into the museum.
