According to a militia calling itself the “Popular Forces,” which opposes Hamas, its fighters carried out a targeted operation and killed Musa al-Aidi, identified as the commander of Hamas’ “Sahm” unit, along with six of his operatives.

The group claims that following the strike, Hamas forces responded with retaliatory gunfire, during which civilians were reportedly killed.

Nine terrorists have been named so far, but estimates suggest the total number of fatalities may be higher.
