"A pact whose goal is to rip apart the region, dismantle the Arab states, and arouse hatred between all the different components in them, whether they are sectarian, racial, or religious components. Or [even] if they are [united] and [share] one religious affiliation, [the Zionists] attempt to develop the tribal and familial tendency in them to take control of more lands. Unfortunately, this is happening in several states, and this allows the Zionist entity (i.e., Israel) to take advantage of the state of chaos and destruction in these states and lay its hands on the assets and natural resources of these states.”
