FBI: Hackers on behalf of the Chinese regime have affected more than 80 countries around the world
The US is investigating whether Chinese employees at Microsoft injected malicious code into sensitive Pentagon systems
Cyber and intelligence agencies of the US and more than 20 other countries (https://www.cisa.gov/news-events/cybersecurity-advisories/aa25-239a) issued a joint warning this week. They describe how hackers operating under the auspices of the Chinese regime have broken into major American telecom networks, and call for checking for signs of similar activity in other countries. Israel is not on the list of countries targeted.
According to the FBI, the operation affected more than 80 countries.
