General (Ret.) Ashraf Rifi, Lebanon's former Minister of Justice and the former Director-General of the Internal Security Forces said that Hezbollah poses a threat to Lebanon and that it is an enemy of Lebanon. He made these remarks in an interview with Al-Arabiya Network (Saudi Arabia) that aired on April 5, 2021.
Rifi elaborated that Hezbollah is a collaborator of Iran, which he referred to as "mini-Nazi." He said that the only difference between Nazism and Iran is the scope, and predicted that its end will be similar, destruction and suicide.
Rifi added that Hezbollah wants to drag Lebanon to suicide along with it, but the "Lebanese people do not want to commit suicide." He recalled that Lebanon used to be referred to as the "Switzerland of the Middle East," and said that it will return to be so, once it removes the Iranian weapons and hegemony from the country.
