The Russian air defense system continues its tragic mistakes. A light finger on the trigger combined with equipment that does not clearly identify a hostile target resulted in the downing of a Russian naval combat helicopter over the Black Sea.
Local news sites report that the Russian military accidentally shot down its Ka-29 combat helicopter with its air defense systems over the city of Anapa in Russia's Krasnodar region on the northern coast of the Black Sea.
"Our air defense shot down our helicopter in Anapa," Igor Guzenko, a Russian soldier who runs the Telegram channel, wrote on Friday.
