The United States struck a bridge connecting Bandar Abbas and Shiraz marking an attack on civilian infrastructure as Washington continued its military campaign against Iran.

In a statement, the US military said the strike was intended to “further degrade Iran’s military capabilities.”

Tasnim reported that the bridge connecting Bandar Abbas, Kahorstan and Shiraz was hit in the attack, resulting in power outages in the Kahorstan area. Kan News also reported the strike.
