The corrupt Abbas and Palestinian Authority must not be part of a future plan for Gaza and the West Bank. 

The status quo of Abbas is no peace with Israel, no recognition of Israel, and no normalization with Israel. 

This is a non-starter for peace between Palestinians and Israel.
