It is true that most of the voices heard in the Arab world, certainly in a country like Jordan, is unreserved support for Hamas and its criminal acts, but there are also other voices, of brave people who are trying to keep their mouths shut.
In recent days, a boycott was announced on the local bakery chain in Jordan "Kabalan" because one of its owners criticized the disaster brought by Hamas on the residents of Gaza.
He said these things despite the fact that those who look at Kablan's accounts on the networks see an identification with the residents of Gaza and Salem. And there are also those who support these voices against Hamas. Here is an example I found on X, actually from Saudi Arabia but was supported by users in Jordan:
"The only sin of Baali Kablan is that he expressed his opinion against what Hamas did against the residents of Gaza, the crime against them and how Hamas led to the displacement and killing of innocent people in Gaza, and this is the opinion of the sages.
Today, unfortunately, there is confusion between the Palestinian popular resistance, by the respectable residents of Gaza, and between Hamas, supported by Iran, with its Shia, which actually killed the residents of Gaza and the West Bank. And since Hamas members in Jordan are agitating against people's livelihoods, then we must demand the cessation of all demonstrations and marches."
