The Chechen presence in Ukraine is becoming more pronounced.

In the background of all this is that for many years, especially 2009-2017, the Chechen fought a harsh war with Russia (and lost).
Many of the Chechens have decided, 'Can't beat 'em, join 'em'! Many of these are now in Ukraine fighting for Russia.

But there are those who have deep hatred in their hearts for Putin, and these have come to join with Ukraine, especially in the Kyiv region - fighting Russia.

History will tell if allowing them in was a positive factor or not, but on both sides of the fighting, you can hear the Arabic cheering: "Allah Akbar" as they fight. 

Both sides of these Jihadis seems to be enjoying themselves ...
