The arrest comes after Hassan reportedly published content expressing support for the 1972 Lod Airport massacre—an attack carried out by terrorist Kozo Okamoto, which killed and wounded numerous civilians at Israel’s main international airport.

Hassan had previously been deported from Israel after arriving as part of the so-called “Freedom Flotilla to Gaza.”

During her arrest in France, authorities discovered illegal drugs in her possession, adding further charges to the investigation.
