"Not only physical work but an ideological activity to reconnect to the biblical vision of the return of the people of Israel to their ancient homeland."
Dozens of trees were planted this week at Judea and Samaria by Im Tirtzu Zionist activists.
Im Tirtzu, the largest Zionist grassroots organization in Israel, operates a weekly planting trees operation as one of its core activities.
These plantings help the youth to reclaim and understand their connection to the Land of Israel, as well as help the farms by reinforcing the Israeli farmer’s claims to the land.
The beautification of Israel's flowers from the tree plantings and the Zionist youth strengthen their connection to their ancestral homeland.
