• Nearly 500K residents moved away
• 5,000+ businesses lost in Manhattan
• Storefronts standing empty everywhere—11% citywide vacancy, even 85 empty shops on one stretch of Broadway

The status quo isn’t working—and a socialist in office will only make it worse.
