8:00 AM - Seven new developments in the Negev
The Ministry of Interior will examine the municipal affiliation of seven new towns in the Negev, in the area between Beer Sheva and Arad, covering approximately 20,000 acres.
Currently, the towns' future areas are associated with the Tamar Regional Council, and a Geographical Committee has been appointed to examine whether it is necessary to transfer it to the boundaries of the Meitar Local Council, as well as the area of the Yatir settlement that is to be built near “Dror” in the northwest of the Yatir Forest.
8:15 AM - More Discounted Housing to Be Developed in Central Israel
Five winning proposals were announced at the Israel Land Authority and the Ministry of Construction and Housing Center in the “Target Price Housing” track for the construction of 726 housing units in 5 complexes under intensive construction in Beit Dagan, southeast, located in central Israel. Apartment prices for housing lottery winners start at 1.63 million Shekels ($490,000).
The apartments will be sold at a discount of 627-863 thousand Shekels.
