Tens of thousands took to the streets of London on Saturday in a massive protest against immigration, dubbed “Unite the Kingdom.” Organized by anti-Islam activist Tommy Robinson, it has been described as the largest anti-immigration march in British history, drawing more than 100,000 participants in Westminster.
NEWSRAEL: The police say "at least 110,000" but that was BEFORE the march officially began! Number being thrown around are much higher. UPDATES WILL BE POSTED ON OUR LIVE PAGE.
Marchers gathered at Stamford Street near Waterloo Bridge before advancing toward Whitehall’s southern end. Robinson declared on X: “The lion has awakened, and its roar is deafening as millions rise against the erosion of free speech and leaders who hand our nation to foreigners. No more! Patriotism is the future, and the future is ours.”
Many demonstrators carried Union Jacks and English flags, while some displayed images of U.S. conservative activist Charlie Kirk, recently killed in Utah. Among the speakers were French far-right politician Éric Zemmour, Germany’s AfD lawmaker Petr Bystron, and controversial Canadian psychologist Jordan Peterson. British commentator Katie Hopkins, TV figure Ant Middleton, and actor-turned-activist Laurence Fox also attended.
