If authentic, the footage is a clear sign of Iran’s attempt to rebuild and reinforce Hezbollah after the heavy losses the terror group has suffered in Lebanon.

It also exposes the direct Iranian role behind Hezbollah: not merely ideological support, but active recruitment, financing and deployment.

The timing is especially important. As the US-Iran memorandum is being presented as a step toward regional calm, Tehran appears to be doing the opposite on the ground — preparing more manpower for its Lebanese proxy.
