The Left in Israel saw that they cannot beat Bibi Netanyahu in the polls, and began to attack him by made-up charges in the courts while staging provocative, violent demonstrations against just about anyone who was connected to him.
During Trumps run at office, we saw violent demonstrations, people attacking those close to him in public spaces, and attacks on his supporters. Now we are seeing the same use of taking a microscope to Trump in order to find charges against him in court.
At the same time, of course, it was the arms of government that was used against them both, while the "Media" ran story after story against without any effort to be truthful or fair.
