Fascinating details from the warning letters sent from Congress to the Movement for Quality of Government, the Blue and White Future Association, and other Kaplan protest organizations, which are now officially under American investigation on suspicion of undermining the democratic regime in Israel:
1. Congress (the Foreign Affairs and Judiciary Committees) set an ultimatum to hand over all documents relevant to the grants these organizations received from the Biden administration, including details of their expenses and purposes, by April 9 at 5:00 p.m.
2. The organizations under investigation are warned not to destroy or alter evidence - including relevant text messages and messages from their employees' cell phones.
3. The letter notes that in addition to supporting these organizations with the aim of allegedly undermining the democratic regime of the State of Israel, the Biden administration, through the State Department and USAID, "has provided direct assistance to Hamas and other terrorist organizations."
