Mohammad Sinwar was detained by Israel and arrested by the Palestinian Authority in the past.
He was involved in many terror attacks and was one of the "masterminds" of the October 7th massacres.
After the elimination of his older brother, he became the head of Hamas and the face of terrorism and shared his brother's murderous ideology.
