The bulk of Neuer’s address focused on the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA)—an organization he described as the “heart of the problem.”
Initially created to provide humanitarian assistance to Palestinian refugees following the 1948 war, UNRWA has evolved into an entrenched political tool that perpetuates conflict, glorifies terrorism, and radicalizes generations of Palestinians.
