On the eve of his arrest by the PA, Palestinian Imam Sheikh Jandal Salah praises Jordanian Terror Cell, urges the overthrow of King Abdullah and calls Jordanians to the war against the Jews; Declares: Allah is preparing the world for Muslim rule
In his April 18, 2025 Friday sermon in Jenin, West Bank - delivered a day before his arrest by the Palestinian Authority - Palestinian Islamic scholar Sheikh Jandal Salah praised a cell of 16 Muslim Brotherhood-aligned operatives who were arrested in Jordan for plotting a large-scale terrorist attack. He stated that when a leader is a traitor, loyalty becomes a crime, and the loyals are cast out.
He declared that the public will never renounce the “mujahideen,” referring to the members of the arrested cell.
Addressing the people of Jordan, Salah urged them to overcome their fear and overthrow what he called the “traitor King” Abdullah and his “treacherous security agencies.” He claimed that in order to prevent Jordan from being overtaken by the Jews, the people must rise up, saying: “This war is your war.”
