A senior Saudi official condemns the Hamas attack for the first time
For the first time since the outbreak of the "Iron Swords" war, the senior Saudi official Turki al-Faisal condemned Hamas when he gave a speech against the terrorist organization:
"I condemn the sabotage of Saudi Arabia's attempt to reach a peaceful solution to the Palestinian plight"
Note: Saudi Prince Turki Al-Faisal does NOT speak on behalf of the Government. However he served as the head of the General Intelligence Presidency for 22 years.
NEWSRAEL: While the prince did condemn Israel in the same speech for its part in the conflict, his condemnation of Hamas was strong and clear and he made clear: The normalization deal between Saudi and Israel is NOT dead.
