I think Iran has a lot of accumulated problems and challenges since 1952 through 4-5 generations suffered a lot of oppression from the Shah and then from Mullah’s since 1979 .

Israel solved its water crisis and if Iran had a civil relationship with them, Israel wouldn’t enable the Iranians to do the same.
