Russia’s FSB said it uncovered a Ukrainian Security Service ring tasked to carry out “terrorist attacks” in the Zaporizhzhia Region.
Moscow-installed officials said Ukrainian shelling has damaged about 2,000 apartment buildings and 5,000 private houses in Donetsk. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said it would be possible to negotiate a solution for Crimea rather than using force.
Zelensky added Kyiv would risk losing international support if its conflict with Moscow spilled over into Russian territory.
Meanwhile, the Kremlin has dismissed the prospect of renewing the Black Sea grain deal as a second Ukrainian ship passes through a temporary corridor.
