In Los Angeles, riots erupted with protestors throwing objects at law enforcement, vandalizing vehicles, spray-painting buildings, and looting businesses. The unrest quickly spread to other cities.
In Dallas, dozens of protesters blocked traffic on the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge late Monday, according to Fox4 News. In Austin, KXAN reported that protestors tore down construction barriers and threw debris into the streets after being ordered by police to disperse around 9:30 p.m.
San Francisco saw one of the largest crackdowns. On Sunday evening, hundreds gathered outside ICE headquarters on Sansome Street. The protest turned tense during a 40-minute standoff with police. Around 7:33 p.m., law enforcement declared the gathering an unlawful assembly. Soon after, violence broke out involving metal barricades, leading to the arrest of approximately 154 individuals.
