VIDEO REPORT: ISIS claims responsibility for Kabul suicide blast

In the latest development, ISIS-K group has claimed responsibility for the attack.

A blast occurred in front of the Taliban-led Ministry of Foreign Affairs' building in Kabul.

The attack came as Chinese delegation was meeting with Taliban officials in the building.

More than 20 people are reported to be dead in the attack.
