Germany is all set to purchase Arrow 3 air defence missile systems after receiving approval from the US and Israel.

Berlin wants to buy the Israeli-made Arrow 3 to bolster its air defence capabilities amid a raging war in Ukraine.

It is the first time that the Arrow 3, one of Israel’s most advanced air defence systems, has been sold to another country.

Berlin wants to safeguard its airspace against modern aerial threats like the Russian Iskander missiles that have been used in Ukraine.
