ICYMI: WATCH: Trump expects Gaza war to end by mid-September

Washington is sending “a lot” of humanitarian assistance to Gaza, President Trump noted.

President Donald Trump hinted Monday that Israel’s war against Hamas in Gaza is approaching its final stages, predicting that the conflict will end by mid-September.

“The war is coming to an end,” Trump said during a meeting with South Korean President Lee Jae Myung in the Oval Office.

“Within the next two to three weeks, you’re going to have pretty good, conclusive — a conclusive ending” to the war, the president added.

if Trump can go after some countries if the US can go after bin Laden in Pakistan and Trump attacks boats near Venezuela then let Israel do it job and don’t interfere Trump

Yeah, because Trump can’t force these other countries to give in and have seize fires, but he can force Israel because Israel is dependent on the US. It’s bullshit.! Trump can go after Venezuela ?.

My concern is that the decision to end the war is based on Trump's objective of a Nobel Prize more than Israel's objectives of real security. It doesn't feel like right. I fear the end results.

I don't know that it's ending for the right reasons. Israel shouldn't be pushed into following the post WWII US history of failing wars that don't meet their objectives.
