Recorded today in Tel Shilo. A tel is an archaeological mount caused by generations of human settlement. Shilo is to the north of Jerusalem and was the first capital of the nation the Israel, before Jerusalem. 

The period of the Tabernacle (the portable temple) in Shilo was 369 years. It was established by Joshua the disciple of Moses. 

Today next to ancient Shilo is a thriving modern Jewish community bearing the same name as the ancient community. Just as the prophets had foreseen the Children of Israel have returned to their ancestral homeland. Against all obstacles we will continue to build, to plant, and to cultivate and plant new roots in our ancient soil.
