Noy Isaac is an Israeli communications strategist with extensive experience in the public and political sphere. She most recently served as spokesperson for Israel’s Minister of Diaspora Affairs and Combating Antisemitism, Amichai Chikli, and previously headed the Public Affairs Division at the Im Tirtzu movement. Today, she advises private-sector companies on strategic communications and occasionally appears as a panelist on Keshet 12’s morning show. Isaac is a captain (res.) in the Israel Defense Forces, holds a master’s degree in Political Communication from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and lives in Moshav Ginaton.
