Local sources reported a terrorist attack in the Sawm area near the city of Samarra - it is suspected that ISIS militants dressed in military uniforms attacked the home of the head of the village, Jamal Ali Mokhliaf al-Abassi, where they killed him along with five tribal militiamen who were with him. ALI'S BODY WAS FOUND WITHOUT A HEAD.
It is interesting to note that a few days ago the head of the village that was destroyed by ISIS participated in a meeting with al-Hashad A'Shaabi in Samarra on security and cooperation in the fight against terrorism.
The area where the murder was committed is considered secure and according to the words of local residents, in the Abbasia district, where this incident took place, "there are more CCTV cameras than people". But that didn't stop the terrorists from carrying out a horrific attack.
