This fatwa is based on Islam’s death penalty for heresy; both Sunnis and Shia consider Ahmadis to be heretics. In the U.S., meanwhile, Ahmadi spokesmen such as Qasim Rashid, Haris Zafar and Kashif Chaudry carry water for the same forces that persecute them in Pakistan.
A Pakistani cleric has issued a fatwa to kill pregnant women from the Ahmadiyya community. The cleric has been identified as Muhammad Naeem Chattha Qadri. The cleric says that it is necessary to do this so that no new Ahmadiyya is born.
"If any police or administrative officer is listening to me, then know that we are not going to stop. Those who do evil to Islam should be given the punishment of ‘Sar Tan Se Juda’." he said. The cleric clearly stated that the punishment of beheading is prescribed for those who condemn Islam.
