British activist Tommy Robinson drew 1,000 supporters at a sold-out Tel Aviv event Saturday night.
Right-wing British activist Tommy Robinson spoke to a sold-out crowd of around 1,000 people in Tel Aviv on Saturday night, blasting political correctness and the liberal government running his country while praising Israelis for their patriotism and voicing full-throated support for the Jewish state.
Robinson — credited with exposing a British government and police cover-up of the mass rape of young British girls by older Muslim migrants — received a warm welcome from the diverse audience, which included both English-speaking immigrants and native-born Israelis.
Diaspora Affairs Minister Amichai Chikli (Likud), who invited Robinson to tour and speak in Israel, attended the event, along with Religious Zionism MK Simcha Rothman.
