The University of Utah has announced that it will no longer implement a "diversity and inclusion" policy when hiring new employees.

This after Utah's governor criticized "diversity statements" [that were used in the university's hiring process] claiming that they only cause further division.
Meanwhile, at Johns Hopkins University, a newsletter was distributed this month that included a list of people who are classified as "privileged" - at the top of the list: men, whites and Christians. The university later disowned the publication.
Recently, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis also approved a law prohibiting the funding of "diversity and inclusion" programs at Florida universities.
