Europe’s decline began the day it decided to import millions of Arabs and Muslims — a decision that reshaped its culture, society, and politics.
European leaders probably figured that this would eventually antagonize their Jewish communities, but they obviously didn’t care. Each country, of course, is entitled to pursue what it believes are its national interests.
Now, astonishingly, many of those same nations have decided to side with Hamas and the PLO — the latter governing the Palestinian Authority as a corrupt and authoritarian regime. These choices run contrary not only to moral clarity but to the very intelligence reports their own agencies likely produce, detailing the terrorist ties and anti-Western agendas of these groups.
Why have European governments done this? Is it ideological blindness, political cowardice, or a cynical bid for domestic votes among growing Muslim populations? Whatever the reason, it reveals a stunning lack of foresight.
