Mohammad Nazzal, a member of the Hamas political bureau, responded on a January 12, 2024 show on Al-Jazeera Network (Qatar) to Germany’s statement it would intervene on behalf of Israel in proceedings against it in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague.
He said that Germany is paying an “unacceptable price” for its complex about the “so-called ‘Holocaust’ and the victims of the Nazi holocaust.” Nazzal added that this is “unparalleled extortion.”
He continued to say that the Jews today are perpetrating a “new holocaust” against the Palestinian people.
