A vehicle crashed into the Ofer checkpoint on Route 443 on Saturday night after it disobeyed the instructions of security forces. The five occupants of the car were moderately and lightly wounded, and a checkpoint security officer was also slightly wounded.

10:00 AM - Erdogan asks Ethiopian Prime Minister to support Gaza, Palestinian cause
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan asked Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali to lend his support to Gaza in a call to address the two countries' bilateral ties, the Presidents official X account reported on Saturday night. President Erdogan said that the relations between Ethiopia and Turkey were becoming stronger, and stressed that Turkey was doing what it could to end tensions between Somalia and Ethiopia, the statement added.

Donald Trump's U.S. presidential campaign said on Saturday some of its internal communications were hacked and blamed the Iranian government, citing past hostilities between Trump and Iran without providing direct evidence. The Republican's campaign statement came shortly after news website Politico reported it had begun receiving emails in July from an anonymous source offering authentic documents from inside Trump's operation, including a report about running mate JD Vance's "potential vulnerabilities."
