IDF Spokesperson: IDF forces arrested a terrorist who planned to carry out an attack: soldiers of the Givati Brigade, in cooperation with the Air Force, completed during the night an operation in the village of Tzurif (Judea)
During the night (Wednesday), forces of the Givati Brigade, in cooperation with the 124th Squadron of the Air Force, operated from the air and from the ground in the village of Tzurif near Gush Etzion in Judea as part of a wide-scale infantry operation to dismantle terrorism.
During the operation, the forces arrested three terrorists, including a terrorist who planned to carry out an attack. In addition, the forces arrested approximately 40 suspects who were summoned for interrogations.
The 7491 Reserve Battalion has now completed its last operation in the area, following two months of attack and defense operations in the area of Givati, during which the battalion's forces eliminated the terrorists who carried out the attack at the Gush junction on November 18 and operated for a week in the village of Beit Ma'arav, from which one of the terrorists went out to carry out the attack.
