Watch: Disney animator discusses hiding a mezuzah in a Disney movie

Saul Blinkoff hid a mezuzah in the movie “Winnie the Pooh”: I infuse Torah into my life and it provides a springboard for me.

Saul Blinkoff dreamed of being a Disney animator and he also worked really hard to bring that dream to reality, but when he finally “made it,” he realized his life was still missing something.

Blinkoff then went to Israel to discover his heritage. He learned and grew spiritually and became an Orthodox Jew. In a video circulating on the web, Blinkoff talks about hiding a mezuzah in the Disney movie “Winnie the Pooh”.

“Disney artists like to hide things in there. I hid a mezuzah in Winnie the Pooh’s house on the door. Torah, I infuse it into my life and it provides a springboard for me to enhance my life, and [it puts] meaning in everything that I do,” he says.
