More than one eyewitness who spoke to local media confirmed that the raiding forces, who were reportedly an Israeli commando squad, spoke in Arabic to disguise their identity.
THEY IMMEDIATELY RAN WITH HIM TO THE BEACH
The intruders entered the apartment between two and three in the morning and took Imad Amhaz from inside. They then took the shortest route that led them quickly to the beach, in order to make their way back to Israel.
The residents of the area did not know who the target was, just that he rented an apartment in Batron, because he continued a special course at the Institute of Marine Science and Technology - Marsati.
"CALL THE STATE'S SECURITY FORCES"
The aforementioned eyewitness said: "We heard the sound of a break-in at dawn, and screams, and they shouted to the people, 'Go, go, go, go'." He added: "They spoke in Arabic and said 'go away'".
Another person, one of Amkhaz's neighbors, said that he heard a loud sound of a door being opened. When he tried to open the door of his house to find out what was going on, he heard the voice of the intruders saying: "Call the security forces."
In answer to the question he said: "They spoke Arabic like you and me (the journalist), not broken Arabic (that is, with a foreign accent)."
