IDF chief on Gaza City: 'We will hunt down Hamas until the end'
IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir declared that the army has completed preparations for the entry into Gaza, stressing Israel’s determination to dismantle Hamas’s capabilities.

“We act decisively to remove threats and preserve operational superiority in all arenas. In Gaza, we have eliminated senior Hamas leaders and will continue to hunt its operatives as an ongoing mission and duty for future generations:
‘I will pursue my enemies and overtake them, and will not turn back until they are destroyed.’ [18:37]
This is our doctrine — there will be no containment,” he stated.
