Israeli strikes across Lebanon eliminated five terrorists from Islamic Jihad and Hezbollah in a rapid series of operations, signaling a widening intelligence-driven campaign.
Five people were killed within hours in Israeli airstrikes stretching from eastern Lebanon to the south, targeting members of the Islamic Jihad and Hezbollah terrorist organizations. The escalation comes as Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam signaled from Munich his government’s “openness” to expanding its role in supervising the ceasefire mechanism and increasing efforts to disarm Hezbollah.
