An Iranian Majles National Security Committee member, Abolfazl Zohrevand, delivered an extreme and inflammatory message in a recent interview, declaring that Iran’s war strategy is to continue fighting until it extracts “reparations by force” from its enemies.
Zohrevand framed the conflict as existential, stating that Iran’s survival depends on the destruction of its enemies, while those same enemies seek Iran’s destruction. He openly endorsed prolonged war as a deliberate national strategy, emphasizing that fighting will not stop until Iran achieves its objectives through coercion.
In the same remarks, Zohrevand launched personal attacks against US President Donald Trump and his family, invoking religious condemnation and making derogatory comments about Trump’s parents while comparing them to the upbringing of US Vice President JD Vance.
