BIDEN JUMPS OUT OF THE RACE - FIRST IMPORTANT DETAILS!

While we all know that Joe Biden has notified in writing that he will NOT run as Democrat presidential candidate, most of us have many questions. Here is a list of important things to know:

- Biden is the first president since Lyndon Johnson in 1968 to announce that he will not run for a second term

- Joe Biden will later address the nation

- Joe Biden remains as president. He is withdrawing only from the candidacy to run in November.

- Biden does not support Harris, nor does he give her the chair to become president
