Tucker Carlson falsely claimed that Israel is killing tens of thousands of children in Gaza out of a belief in collective punishment, invoking the biblical story of Amalek as supposed proof.
Tucker Carlson: "The Israelis have been happy to murder tens of thousands of children in Gaza because they believe in blood guilt... They say it out loud. Amalek. We believe en blood guilt. The children are responsible for the sins of their parents, so we are gonna kill them."
Tucker distorts the Biblical concept of "Amalek" to spread another antisemitic blood libel about Jews/Israelis wanting to "happily" murder children. Amalek in Jewish tradition is not a claim that children should pay for their parents’ sins. If you have to twist Jewish concepts to demonize Jews, it says everything about your agenda and nothing about the truth.
